Refund and Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 7–14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued after inspection, and some items (like opened software, used accessories, or clearance items) may not be eligible.
General Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7–14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free items that came with the product.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has visible signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
The product is missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.
The return window has expired.
The item falls under the “non-returnable” category (see below).
Non-Returnable & Special Items
For hygiene, safety, or technical reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Software, digital goods, or downloadable items once activated.
Consumable items (e.g., batteries, cables, screen protectors) if opened.
Products purchased under clearance, final sale, or promotional offers marked as non-returnable.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or IMEI codes.
Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof (photos/videos) of the defect or damage must be provided.
Once verified, you may choose between:
Replacement: A new unit will be shipped at no extra cost.
Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method.
Note: Physical damage caused by customer misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing products:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will immediately arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a refund.
Missing accessories (like chargers, cables, or manuals) must be reported at the same time.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
Important: Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will provide a free return label or arrange pickup.
If the return is due to buyer’s choice (e.g., change of mind, wrong product ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible only for the same product model if the original item is defective or damaged.
If the requested product is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit for future purchases.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Instead, you may initiate a return request after delivery.
Prepaid cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
